There are so many aspects to a wedding. There is so much to plan for and so much to consider. But have you thought about having a certain theme outside the standard color scheme for your wedding? The Cherry Blossom theme will do perfectly for you. It is fun and has a sensual feel to it. To go with such a theme, we have a collection of items for you to check out. First of all, we have the Cherry Blossom Felt Favor Bag. At the reception, you could have these sitting at the tables with a few various goodies in side. The cherry blossom is symbolic or spirituality and feminine beauty, so it is fitting to have “Love” embroidered in to the front. While the guests arrive at the wedding, you could have these Cherry Blossom Silk Wedding Fans to pass out before the ceremony. These would work especially well for those spring and summer weddings that are being held outside. It might get a little warm, and what better than to provide your guests with a little fan to cool them down with? Lastly, we have the Cherry Blossom Love Glass Coasters. At the reception, you could have these coasters ready and waiting next to the felt favor bags. Your theme would be complete as the guests may set their drinks down on these delightful coasters. Enjoy the Cherry Blossom theme of your wedding! Your guests will love it! Labels: affordable wedding favors, love glass coaster, silk wedding fans

One of the best parts about being a bridesmaid is planning the bachelorette party. The participating bridesmaids as well as the bride herself look forward to the occasion. But with the bachelorette party, the planning of it might be a little difficult. There are so many options as to what the night could entail, and yet you do not know where to even start. You want to make it as fun as you possibly can for the bride, and you do not want to miss out on anything you could have done. The first thing you want to consider is the demeanor of the bride. Is she mellow, is she on the wild side, does she embarrass easily or can she make a fool of herself and still have a great time? If she is on the mellow side and she does embarrass easily, then you will want to keep it low-key even though you as a bridesmaid are the opposite. It is not about the bridesmaids and what their interests are, even though you want them to have fun as well. It is about the bride and showing her a good time, whatever that means to her. For those mellow girls, plan for a day at the spa or a girl’s night watching movies and playing Truth or Dare like you used to do back before high school. As for those wild-child bride, plan for a bar crawl or a Scavenger Hunt through town. One tip to remember though: if after you have planned everything, the bride becomes uncomfortable or really would rather opt to not do what you have planned, always provide an alternate plan of attack. You want to keep her happy and keep her comfortable. Try your hardest not to plan things that are outside of her comfort zone. This is her bachelorette party. This is her night. So make it the best for her. Labels: tips

Babies are so much fun, are they not? The nine months can be agonizingly torturous to the parents-to-be while they wait with anticipation. The baby showers are exciting, but only add to the anxiousness they are feeling. When it comes time for the baby shower for your baby, make sure that you make the best out of it, that you get the full benefit of having one. When you register for your baby shower, go crazy! Put anything and everything you can possibly think of down on to your list. You can never have enough for Baby. On the day of your shower, here is an idea for you: The Bloomer Baby Diaper Cakes. These bad-boys are not edible, but they are oh-so delightful to look at! This interesting arrangement will look fabulous as a centerpiece to your gift table or your little buffet assortment. It will add a great touch for the baby theme! These Diaper Cakes come in a mixture of different styles; you have the Hot Pink Daisies with Leopard Trim, or you can go for a softer touch with the Mint Green Gladiolas with Mint Green Tulle/Natural Raffia Diaper Cake. Whatever your style, there is something for you. These tiers are put together with disposable diapers (Luvs) and are decorated with ribbons and flowers. This creative piece is neatly put together, and becomes quite useful when that baby finally arrives. Don’t be anxious for the baby anymore, be excited and patient. He or she will arrive sooner or later! But until then, make the most out of your baby shower and enjoy it! Labels: baby gifts, baby showers

No, in this case “The One” is not referring to your hubby-to-be. It is referring to the dress, that special dress that will distinguish you from the bridesmaids. Some ladies may feel quite intimidated when it comes to the topic, and some may feel all for it and ready to go shopping! But for those of you who need a little guidance first, here you go! First of all, do not go alone! Maybe for the first time when you are just window-shopping to get a feel for what would make you comfortable, fine. However, when you are trying some of those dresses on, you may feel slightly bombarded by the sales staff. So pack up your herd of girls and hit the stores! They will be delighted that they are sharing in such a huge decision, and they will be the ones to give you the more honest opinion you will definitely need. Next is a two-in-one. Do not shop early and when you buy the dress, stop looking all together! When you shop too soon, the time between the purchase and the wedding may give you room for things to go wrong; something could happen to the dress, OR you might see another dress later that you love far more than the one you got! Which is why when you buy a dress, you stop looking. Your mind will be encouraged to think of other options, which will create doubt about the dress you bought. Lastly, if you are the bride that by far looks good in everything, there might not be “the one,” but a few that are great. In which case, you might want to stick to the dress that flows best with the theme of your wedding. You will look amazing in your dress and it will feel right when you are walking down that aisle. Do your homework when it comes to the purchase of your wedding dress. You don’t want to buy just anything, and you want to do your best to ensure you are still going to love it by the time that special day rolls around. So ladies, get to shopping! In the movies where a couple gets married, you are probably used to seeing the doors to the church burst open and out emerges the newly wed couple wearing smiles from ear to ear. As they race to the limo where they will be whisked away, their loved ones surround them as they cheer and applaud the couple. Meanwhile, from the depths of their hands they are throwing rice up and in to the air. Ok, lets pause on that vision. Throwing rice may have been a tradition then, but lets keep it a thing of the past. Not only do we not want those little birdies getting a hold of that rice and perhaps choking on it, but what a mess! Instead of rice, here is a more tactful and yet more wistful, romantic approach: bubbles! When it is your turn to burst through those church doors and have the smile plastered to your face, imagine the guests blowing millions of bubbles all around you. It feels more fairytale like, doesn’t it? It is by far a cleaner, more sensible approach. So enjoy that fairytale, romantic feeling and have your guests use the bottled bubbles! But then again, you will not let yourself go without sending them because you know that it would not be polite. So what might be a way to save yourself a little time and maybe even a headache? How about using tags and/or labels to add to your thank you note? Or perhaps it is Christmas time and you need tags for the abundance of gifts that you have to give out.
